Defend free access to primary and emergency healthcare

The regional Asylum Activism network has teamed up with the National Aids Trust to call on campaigners and activists across the UK to contact their local MPs and demand that they resist any attempt to introduce charges for primary and emergency healthcare for all those without ‘Indefinite Leave to Remain’ in the UK.

Visit to find an electronic version of our model letter and you’re just a click away from sending your concerns to your MP!

To find out more about why we’re worried, read RAA’s briefing on the NAT website or check out the Migrants and the NHS page for useful info and stats about why restricting access to free primary and emergency healthcare is bad for both public health and the public purse.

For more information on this and other campaigns, contact your local activism coordinator to find out more about what’s going on where you live!
